Vanliga frågor
- Can I try BizCortex first?
- Yes. The live demo shows a fully set up sample company without signing up, and in a demo meeting we set BizCortex up for your company.
- Who counts as a user?
- Everyone with their own sign-in. Tax advisers, customers in the portal and vendors in the vendor portal do not count.
- How is it billed?
- Monthly or yearly in advance, by SEPA direct debit or invoice. Yearly you pay ten months.
- Where is my data?
- On servers in Germany. The subprocessors we use are listed in the privacy policy.
- How does AI calling work?
- The AI agent makes first calls, checks before each one that the call is allowed under § 7 UWG and books meetings straight into your calendar. We agree the allowance with you.
- How do I cancel?
- At the end of the current billing period. You can export all your data beforehand; records that GoBD requires stay archived until their retention period ends.
